Human Capital Management in United Bank for Africa (UBA)
Plc., and has served on the Board of Union Bank of Nigeria
as a non Executive Director . She currently serves on the
International Alumni Board of the London Business School.
She is a Human Resource Consultant with expertise in Human
Resource Strategy, Organization design, Change Management

MR SEYI
WRIGHT has over 29 years working experience, a
significant part of which was in the banking industry. He
was until April 1997, Chief Executive Officer of Pacific
Merchant Bank. Before then, he had worked with Chase
Merchant Bank, Lagos (an affiliate of Chase Manhattan Bank
|

Bank New York).
Author of the book Choose to Make A Difference, he was at
various times the head of the Corporate Banking Division and
Capital Markets Division of the Bank. Seyi has attended
several management training programs including the Chase
Merchant Bank Credit Training Programme, International
Executive Program at IMD, Switzerland and the Executive
Internship Programme in International Banking at American
Express Bank Limited, New York. He is presently the Chief
Executive Officer of Leadership & Vision Ltd. With
significant practical leadership exposure and excellent
strategy consulting experience. |

MRS ABOLAJI
OSIME obtained a law degree from the University of
London in 1984 and a postgraduate degree from the London
School of Economics in 1985. She is a member of the Nigeria
Bar Association and the International Women Lawyers
Association. She is a renowned |
entrepreneur
and a management and leadership development expert.
She focuses in areas relating to business management, human
resource management, education, problem solving and strategy
development. She started her career as a legal officer at
the Legal Department of Nigeria Arab Bank and served as a
Barrister at Sotimu & Co legal practitioners until 1987.
After this period, since 1988, as the Chief Executive
Officer, she has successfully established and managed over
ten businesses which include the renowned Global
International College ,Professional Business Center and
Match Makers Job Center, Party Planners Nigeria Limited
,Global Educational Counseling, World of Fun, Global
Bookshop, Business Mentoring Limited and British Education

DR EYITAYO
OLUBUNMI ADEBIYI, is the Co-president of Jakinminis
International Company Gte/ltd. He qualified as a Medical
Doctor from the University of Lagos in 1998 and practiced
for three years. His passion for humanitarian service led
him into obtaining his masters of |

public health
(MPH) from the same university of Lagos in 2004. He started
his career in public health as the South West Zonal Health
Officer of the Nigerian Red Cross Society. After almost
three years, he became the Edo zone Senior Medical Services
Advisor on HIV/AIDS management for Family Health
International (GHAIN) where he worked for four years before
proceeding to Hygeia Foundation as part of the senior
management team in 2008.He obtained a second masters degree
in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of
Benin in 2008. With his experience in both local and
international organizations, he facilitates in various
public health workshops and seminars for companies and
organizations. He is happily married to Olubukola Adebiyi. |

MR KINGSLEY
OMOSE is the Managing Partner of Reliance Partners, a
firm of Legal practitioners based in Apapa, Lagos. In 1986,
he graduated from University of Benin with a Bachelors

career in Law
at Shetimah Liberty & Co before proceeding 4yrs after to
join Abogah & Co in 1990 where he worked for another 5yrs.
Now with almost 10yrs experience in the law practice, he
boldly stepped out in1995 to set up his own firm called
Omose & Co which he managed diligently for 7yrs before
establishing Reliance Partners in 2006.Though with 22yrs
working experience in the Law profession, he still writes as
a hobby with a view to enhancing a common way of viewing,
interpreting and relating to issues. His articles have been
published in various National Dailies such as Businessday,
Punch, The Sun, The Guardian etc. He is married to Olubunmi
and they have 3 children. |

MR ADEBIYI
OLUBUKOLA nee Akinlosotu obtained a B.Sc degree in
Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU)
in 2002. In 2008, she obtained an EDS Certificate in
Entrepreneurial Management (CEM) from Pan African
University. She worked briefly in |

organizations before launching off on her own on February
1st 2004 to start Just J Ventures, a supply company. Since
October 2004, young but naturally endowed with a strong
leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, her passion and huge
burden for the less privileged led her into establishing and
managing Jakinminis International Company limited by
guarantee, where she serves as the President/Chief Executive
Officer. Her zeal and commitment earned her two humanitarian
service awards in 2006 and recently, she won a one year
Scholarship under the Goldman Sachs 10,000 women initiative
to empower 10,000 women entrepreneurs in emerging and
developing countries across the world. She is happily
married to Dr Eyitayo Olubunmi Adebiyi. |
